Merry Christmas from Team POYS

As Santa comes and goes the next big thing for you all to get excited about is Pony of the Year Show 2025 the dates are 16 to 20 April.  

It’s only 16 weeks and 5 days away.

The Schedule is more or less the same with the addition of two fun classes, these are a Table C with Sack Run and a Fancy Dress Table C.   The Elementary Young Riders now has its own Grand Prix Final.   We are planning to release the Schedule in the middle of January if not earlier this will depend on how quickly BS return the schedule to my office.

For those of you who are first timers at POYS we have the following classes, 70, 80, 90, 95cms, 1.10m these classes all have sections for Novice and Open ponies.   Also on the schedule are 11 & Under, 128cms, 138cms, Under 25 B & C Handicap and Under 25 Elementary Handicap height 1.05m and 1.15m the Elementary Section of classes is open to any grade of horse.

Viewing Trials will be held for the following classes JA, COH, Under 18s and Under 25s – Selectors will be present at the show observing competitors in these classes.
